Jack T. Dulworth, CLU
Jack grew up in southern Michigan and Kentucky and was drafted out of high school into the infantry during in World War II. He served in the European Theater as a B.A.R. man earning the Combat Infantry Badge and the Purple Heart. After the war, he completed high school and enrolled in Michigan State College.
Upon graduation he entered the life insurance business. He moved to Texas in 1952 worked with several life insurance companies and, in the mid 1960s, established Dulworth & Company, Inc., later to become MCG/Dulworth, Inc., specializing in Business and Estate Planning, Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits and Life Insurance Brokerage. In 2003, Jack helped arrange its sale to a major bank. Effective January 1, 2004, he resigned to re-establish Dulworth & Company, Inc. with family and additional staff.

Mark T. Dulworth
Mark Dulworth serves as President & CEO of Dulworth & Company, Inc. With his sister Mary Kay Dulworth and experienced colleagues, he continues in the same business lines the firm has been active in since the 1960’s. Mark and Carole have four sons.

Mary Kay Dulworth
Mary Kay serves as Vice President. She develops client presentations, handles client service and underwriting, and office administration. She has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry working in the family business. Mary Kay is an Alumnae of Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and attended Texas Tech University and Stephen F. Austin University. She has three children and serves on volunteer committees for Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, The Regis School of the Sacred Heart, and St. Stephen's Episcopal School. She is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as well as a veteran committee member. She is Board Secretary for the Dulworth Family Foundation, a member of The Federation of Italian-American Organizations of Greater Houston, and a member of the Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral.
